Oбука за постапката и обрасците за воспоставување на меѓуопштинска соработка
 Со цел за обезбедување на потребните предуслови за успешна имплементација на проектите од грантовите за меѓуопштинска соработка 2009, а согласно потпишаните Договори за проектна соработка со 24 општини, Програмата за меѓуопштинска соработка на УНДП континуирано обезбедува упатства за начинот на спроведување и надзор на проектите.
Од таму, Програмата за меѓуопштинска соработка на УНДП организираше еднодневна обука за постапката и обрасците за воспоставување на меѓуопштинска соработка. Обуката се темели на законската обврска на општините при воспоставување на меѓуопштинска соработка, а обрасците кои се неопходни во истата беа развиени од стручна група во тесна соработка со Министерството за локална самоуправа.
Обуката се одржа на 09 февруари 2010 година, во хотел „Сириус„ во Струмица.
Содржински, обуката беше конципирана во три модули кои што опфаќаат запознавање на учесниците со Програмата на УНДП за МОС и со поддржаните проекти, процесот на имплементација на проектот како и процесот на мониторинг на спроведувањето на проектните активности.
На обуката учествуваа:
- општинските координатори на проектите од општината главен апликант;
- лицата за контакт на проектот од партнерските општини и
- по еден државен службеник одговорен за правните работи од секоја општина, и
- по еден член на советот на општинита (претседателот на совет или член на совет

WORKING MEETING With the representatives from the line ministries for financial incentives for Inter Municipal Cooperation.
The Ministry for Local Self Government and UNDP realize, in partnership, an integrated programme “Inter Municipal Cooperation for better service provision and EU accession“ which aspires to establish effective and sustainable systems for support of the Inter Municipal Cooperation in the country, which would be adapted and broadened by the Government through their own policies and resources.
Within the framework of the fourth component – facilitating an ongoing policy dialogue between central government, municipalities, donor communities, financial institutions and private sector for coordinated strategic approach and national policies in support of Inter Municipal Cooperation, UNDP programme team prepared an overview of international practices for incentives for support of the Inter Municipal Cooperation.
Motivated from international experience, a Workshop was held on possible incentives relevant for our country with the active participation of several state secretaries and representatives of the line Ministries for Local Self-government, Labor and Social Policy, Transport and Communications, Environment Protection and Spatial Planning as well as from the Ministry of Finance, providing comments and different ideas. The Workshop was held in Hotel Best Western in Skopje on December 15-th, 2009.
The results of the Workshop will be used for further elaboration of the secondary acts necessary for the successful implementation of the Law on Inter-municipal Cooperation |

Thematic workshops “International Co-operations in the Area of Social Protection “
UNDP’s programme, aspires the Inter Municipal Cooperation to become a useful instrument in the area of social protection, with respect for the ongoing situation and needs of the self government units.
For that aim, UNDP organized three thematic workshops “Inter Municipal Cooperation in the area of social protection“ in Gostivar on November 16, in Veles on November 24 and in Prilep on December 4, 2009. The aim of these thematic workshops was to identify, through discussions, the priority needs in the social protection and the possible solutions to satisfy those needs through the Inter Municipal Cooperation.
The participants on these workshops were civil servants responsible for the social protection in the Local Government, as well as the local practitioners for Inter Municipal Cooperation from the Municipalities and the Planning Regions which incline towards the said places where the events took place. Also, representatives from the Ministry for Labor and Social Policy and the Centers for Social Welfare and the Ministry of Local Self Government took part.
Altogether 63 persons from 36 municipalities took part in these workshops. |
