Training for the Civil Servants The New Methods for Estimating the Market Value of Real Estate Having in mind the recent changes and supplementations in the methodology for determining the market value of a real estate and appurtenances, as well as their coming into effect (published in the Official Gazette No.40/10.), and having in mind that these changes and supplementations are of bigger scope and can significantly influence the quality of the registration of the tax payers, or registering the same, UNDP have organized a one-day-training where the new solutions from the methodology were presented. The changes and the supplementations were presented by the authors of the methodology. The training itself was intended for the 11 municipalities which received grants within the frames of the Inter-municipal Cooperation Grant Scheme”Technical Assistance for Replication”.
