Workshop for developing unified templates for establishing Inter Municipal Cooperation The municipalities that implement projects for Inter Municipal Cooperation with support from UNDP grants were faced with the challenge to formally establish inter municipal cooperation according to the procedures stipulated by the Law for Inter Municipal Cooperation which was adopted in June 2009. In order to ensure easier approach for formal establishment of Inter Municipal Cooperation, as well as to prepare the necessary documents according to this Law, a need for developing unified templates with previously defined form and content emerged. For that aim, UNDP together with the Ministry of Local Self Government carried out a “Workshop for developing unified templates for establishing Inter Municipal Cooperation” with participation from 14 experts from the Local and Central Government, as well as practitioners of Inter Municipal Cooperation. The workshop took place in Hotel “Srna” in Mavrovo, The set of templates that emerged from this workshop represent a basis for developing a curriculum for training targeting primarily the municipalities involved in the implementation of the grants for Inter Municipal Cooperation, and for the coming period for all the municipalities in
